Step 1. Check the Policy

Step 2. Submit a Request Within 7 Days
Fill out the form below within 7 days of receiving your bedding.
Step 3. Provide the Required Information
The form includes all necessary fields such as:
- Issue Description
- Request Type (Exchange or Refund)
- Pickup & Refund Confirmation
Note: The application form already contains detailed instructions for each section, so please refer to the guidance shown directly in the form as you fill it out.
Step 4. What Happens After Approval
Kozy will get back to you within 2 business days via email or Kakao Talk to confirm your request and arrange the pickup schedule.

- For Refund:
- A Kozy team member will visit your residence to inspect the bedding condition.
- If eligible, we will collect the bedding and provide a cash refund on the spot.
- For Exchanges:
- A Kozy team member will check the current bedding at your residence.
- A new set will be delivered and the original items collected during the same visit.
